TaeBo® Advanced Instructor

The Tae Bo Advanced Instructor Training Course reinforces and extends the topics you learned during the Basic Training Course.

Contents:
• Integration of the paw into the TaeBo training
• How to deal with the participants
• History of TaeBo
• Structure of a class
• Advanced combinations
• Floor exercises

Prerequisites:
You are at least 18 years of age, you have successfully completed the Tae Bo® Basic Instructor Training Course and you have been giving classes for at least six months. The training is physically and psychologically very challenging and you should be physically fit.

Participation in the examination:
You may enter the examination only if you have a certificate showing that you have attended a course in first-aid or another course on the "immediate measures to be taken at the scene of an accident". You also have to prove that you attended 10 classes with an IFAA TaeBo Basic Instructor.

Duration of the training course:
• 6 days of compulsory training (practice and theory)
• 2 days of final examinations (practice and theory)
