Statement from BG Star Productions, Inc

Billy Blanks, as the originator and creator of TAE BO® Aerobic Kickboxing, is proceeding to ensure that Original Billy Blanks® TAE BO® Aerobic Kickboxing Workout will be expanding throughout Europe. It is highly important to Mr. Blanks, however, that the quality of his programs is assured and that each TAE BO® Aerobic Kickboxing Workout instructor is trained and certified in accordance with Mr. Blanks' high standards and philosophy. These goals are being furthered in two ways.

First, the TAE BO® mark, which is a protected trademark, has been and will continue to be agressively enforced. We find is very unfortunate that others, having full knowledge of the great effort and investment that went into bringing about the success and fame enjoyed by the TAE BO® name, want to simply "tag on" to the public interest created in it for their own financial gain. These parties are undisputedly aware that the TAE BO® trademark, and the fitness concept behind the mark, has enjoyed considerable popularity and renown and has acquired valuable and protectable rights and an outstanding level of acceptance among the global fitness community, including Europe.

Second, Billy Blanks' company, BG Star Productions, Inc., has recently entered into an alliance with Internationale Fitness und Aerobic Akademie ("IFAA") to educate and certify TAE BO® Aerobic Kickboxing Workout instructors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. These instructors will be trained and certified within the program developed by Billy Blanks and in accordance with the TAE BO philosophy. IFAA is the only institute in Germany, Switzerland and Austria that is authorized by Billy Blanks and BG Star Productions, Inc. to train and certify TAE BO® Aerobic Kickboxing Workout instructors- no other TAE BO® aerobic kickboxing instructor certifications will be acknowledged other than those granted by IFAA and Billy Blanks®/BG Star Productions as of the date of IFAA's alliance with BG Star Productions, Inc.
