Arbitration talks in the United States finished


Billy Blanks/BG Star Productions Inc. and N.C.P Marketing Group have come to an agreement.

IFAA GmbH is the only training academy in Europe that is authorized to offer Tae-Bo instructor education. In the last few months, IFAA GmbH has changed the name several times due to licensing problems. Even studios that already have a licence were advised to use the working title of "Billy Blanks Workout".

After many days of uncertainty and many arguments about Tae-Bo, Werner Pfitzenmeier, owner of IFAA GmbH, was able to reach an agreement after another round of negotiations in the United States.

IFAA has defended its exclusive rights to Tae-Bo against N.C.P. Marketing Group! We are very happy that we can bring this wonderful news to all registered studios and Tae-Bo instructors licensed by IFAA GmbH.
